Hi Everyone,it's been a good ride since life on the HILL. It was a simple, less complicated world since we were WILDCATS.I'm still working full time although I sold my practice 10 years ago, teaching one day at the Medical College of Va (VCU) , working on the State Board, and trying to behave alittle.I'm married to the same gal,Bobbi, I met at Emory going on 45 yrs.Two sons,Mark and Jay,both married to wonderful girls. One Grandson so far.I hope everyone has good health and much happiness and remembers the good times we shared at PBH. Please stay in touch, Jeff
What a wonderful surprise Jeff to hear back from you and so soon... You're certainly right that time flys by quickly and even faster now... It does get away from us sometimes. After I graduated from PB Jr. College, I was to go to Ole Miss but the civil rights movement turned up there with James Meridith and I wound up at University of Memphis where we also had our share but not as intense. Got a small music scholarship there and also got into a rock and roll group to help to pay some bills.... After I graduate from there I spent three year in the US Counter Intelligence Corp later change to US Military Intelligence..And as this was during the big VN build up where a lot of guys were not coming home... Spent 65 to 68.. Came out and whet back to grad school... Came back to WPB and played music for a bit and then decided on law enforcement where I spent the next 33 years with the Miami Dade police dept. So you see, I think I had an exciting and productive life.. retired in 2003.. Married a wonderful girl and we're now coming on our 39th anniv. Have two kids a boy who is also a cop here and my daughter who is a nurse anestithist living in Palm Beach Gardens... She's a trip and has given us a super grandson...We try and get there as often as we can... I'm also involved with an organization that I founded in the early 1970's whose mission it is to organize and support a youth led movement that promote civic engagement throughout the world..check us out at www.ignitusworldwide.org and a beverage business that I have a small interest in www.powertripbev.com ... Well Jeff, there you have my life in a nut shell.. keep in touch... my email is: email@example.com ....Best to your family..jerry
